Cooperation with partner supplier in China

Times are changing and ARCUS Kabeltechnik cannot run away from the effects that the ongoing globalization brings. Currently, labor costs are much higher in Germany compared to Asia. That makes it really difficult for suppliers of the domestic appliance industry to retain existing customers and gain new ones.

In order to sustain competitive, our company meets this challenge by investing capital into the growing Asian market. The Chinese economy booms unlike any other one in the world. Today, China is the center of attraction for foreign direct investments and the government already introduces more regulations and restrictions with the aim of slowing down the rapid growth.

ARCUS realized such an upcoming trend many years ago. The company has been purchasing neons from the Far East for more than 10 years now - at moderate prices and excellent product quality.

Our Chinese partner from Jiangmen near Guangzhou employs a staff of about 100 people, who especially assemble cable harnesses and signal lamps by hand. The close collaboration in the assembly and sales process provides a new platform to serve the Asian market in a more efficient way.

This results in huge possibilities and win-win situations for both participants - a better utilization of existing structures and the acquisition of new customers in the Asian and South-Pacific region.
